\n\tC\u2019est avec une profonde tristesse que nous avons appris le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de Guy Baillehache (\u00e0 gauche du Major Howard sur la photo), ancien \u00e9lu et maire de la commune de B\u00e9nouville.
Guy \u00e9tait un ami fid\u00e8le du Memorial Pegasus, un homme profond\u00e9ment engag\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des v\u00e9t\u00e9rans, de leurs familles et de tous ceux qui \u0153uvrent \u00e0 pr\u00e9server la m\u00e9moire du D\u00e9barquement.
Son attachement \u00e0 l\u2019histoire de notre territoire, sa pr\u00e9sence bienveillante et son investissement constant lors des comm\u00e9morations resteront grav\u00e9s dans nos m\u00e9moires.
Au nom de toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe du mus\u00e9e, nous adressons nos pens\u00e9es les plus sinc\u00e8res \u00e0 sa famille, \u00e0 ses proches et \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des habitants de B\u00e9nouville.
Merci Guy, pour votre engagement, votre humanit\u00e9 et votre d\u00e9vouement envers la m\u00e9moire de ceux qui ont lib\u00e9r\u00e9 notre commune.

It is with deep sadness that we learned of the passing of Guy Baillehache (left to Major Howard in the photo), former elected representative and mayor of the town of B\u00e9nouville.
Guy was a loyal friend of the Memorial Pegasus, a man deeply committed to veterans, their families, and all those who work to preserve the memory of the Normandy landings.
His attachment to the history of our region, his kind presence, and his constant involvement in commemorations will remain etched in our memories.
On behalf of the entire museum team, we extend our deepest sympathies to his family, loved ones, and all the residents of B\u00e9nouville.
Thank you, Guy, for your commitment, your humanity, and your dedication to the memory of those who liberated our town.
